After the flop A & B are heads up:
A: 200
B: 200 (call)
A: ALL IN !?! (meaning it’s what he’s gonna do after the turn!)
My decision: I refuse this, put the turn and ask the player to play again (and give him a warning for playing “out of turn”!).
Your opinion?

Hello,
A pot had been awarded as a split between 2 players after the river and multiples bets & raises from a lots of players.
One of the two winner (who was all-in) claims that he didn’t received the good amount. The other winner (a very big stack) allready mixed his chips and say that the split was correct! The all-in player is getting mad about that … Can the TD or Dealer do something or is it over?
The question could also be: until what moment can you contest a count of the chips awarded to a player by the dealer?

Hello, here is what happened:
A dealer - B is SB - C is BB - D is UTG
B & C are eliminated together during this hand
B & C chairs are the only free places at this table
X is coming at the table from a broken table
Where do you sit X and how are the blinds?
I decided:
D is BB
C chair stay free (no SB)
X sit on B chair and have the button
A is cut-off
& next turn:
E is BB
D is SB
C is free with the button
X is cut-off
The question could be more simple: when SB & Bouton places are the only free: where do you place an incoming player?
